Patti’s is the first friendly face you will see upon entering our state-of-the-art showroom. She has had a passion about customer service for over 35 years. Patti finds fulfillment in helping people get exactly what they want. She takes pride in her ability to effectively communicate with customers as well as fellow employees. Patti’s goal is to build good relationships with customers, realizing that they are Schumacher’s most important asset. She enjoys her responsibilities as the first contact with customers, whether they come in or call, and frequently bakes goodies on Saturdays for everyone’s enjoyment. As a Notary Public, Patti is an active member of the National Notary Association.
Chick-flicks or action drama movies provide entertainment to Patti when she’s not reading, baking, or spending time with her husband, children, grandchildren, and great-granddaughter. She enjoys walking and needlework, as well as being part of the Book of the Month Club. Her move to Boise a year and a half ago from Northern California has been a huge boon to Schumacher, as she is tirelessly friendly and efficient. Patti savors the positive people and busy environment at Schumacher Tile & Stone every day.
