Inhabitat is a fascinating adventure into the world of recycling and repurposing. I’ve spent some time simply scrolling through their recent posts, and discovered many interesting posts on dwelling made from old shipping containers, various recycled furniture and accessories, and even a toilet made out of … well, you’ll have to read that one.
The blog features not only sustainability, but manages to promote color and design at the same time, never losing sight of the fact that as people, we are more likely to work towards energy efficiency if it’s pretty. (Or at least amazingly cool!) So take a moment from your busy day, and enjoy the efforts of people around the world to make our lives more sustainable and beautiful!
We believe that all design should be inherently “Green”. Good design is not about color, style or trends – but instead about thoughtfully considering the user, the experience, the social context and the impact of an object on the surrounding environment.

Our theme was purchased from WooThemes.com. They have quite a few good ones, it was a hard choice!
